A fixed price, VAT included. No commission.

Standard · 70 lei / month Unlimited online bookings, calendar, client records and reports. VAT included.
Premium · 120 lei / month Recommended Everything in Standard, plus WhatsApp reminders and confirmations with no per-message cost, promotions, the no-show fee, expenses and outstanding payments. VAT included.
No commission You pay the same subscription however many bookings you get.

Can I set up recurring appointments for infills?

Yes. An appointment can repeat weekly, every two weeks or every four weeks, so your client keeps their slot.

Can a client book gel and a pedicure in the same appointment?

Yes. They can choose several services at once, and Nuvio looks for a time when they all fit. If you'd rather have one service per booking, switch the option off in settings.

Where do I note a client's favourite shade or shape?

On their client record. Your notes stay there and you see them at every visit, alongside their history.

What about clients who don't turn up?

You can see who didn't come, and last-minute cancellations are noted automatically. On Premium, clients get a WhatsApp reminder before the appointment, and you can add a no-show fee to their next booking.

Do my clients need to install an app?

No. They book in the browser, through your link. They pick a time and leave their name and phone number, which they confirm just once.
