Questions about paying.

What happens after the 14-day free trial?

You choose a plan if you want to carry on. We never asked for your card, so nothing is charged automatically. If you don't choose a plan, your booking link stops working, but your data stays saved.

What's the difference between Standard and Premium?

Premium adds WhatsApp reminders and confirmations, promotions, the no-show fee, expenses and outstanding payments. WhatsApp reminders have no per-message cost.

Can I change my plan?

Yes, at any time, with no penalty. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll help.

Can I pay yearly?

Yes, by card on pro.nuvio.ro: 700 lei a year for Standard and 1,200 lei a year for Premium, 17% less than paying monthly.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, with no cancellation fee. Cancel from your account on pro.nuvio.ro or, if you paid through the App Store, from your Apple settings. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
