Steps

Five steps. We take the hard ones.

  1. Create your account

    Sign up for free. The first 14 days cost nothing and we don't ask for your card.

  2. Get in touch

    On WhatsApp, at office@dotkoda.com or through the contact page. Tell us where you're coming from and what you'd like moved.

  3. Send us what you have

    The export or list from the app you use now, a spreadsheet, or photos of your paper diary.

  4. We move everything

    We put your clients, services and upcoming appointments into your account, usually within 1–2 business days of getting your data.

  5. Check and share your link

    Look through your calendar and client list, then give your clients your booking link.

From

We move you from wherever you keep your bookings now.

It doesn't matter where your diary is today. A few examples:

  • From another booking app MERO, Fresha or Booksy, for example. Send us your list of clients and appointments in whatever form you have it.
  • From Google Calendar Send us an export or a list of your upcoming appointments.
  • From Excel or Google Sheets Send us the file as it is. You don't need to tidy it up.
  • From a paper diary Take clear photos of the pages with your clients and upcoming appointments and send them to us.

What we move

What you'll find in Nuvio after the move.

  • Your clients Each one's name and phone number.
  • Your services With the length and price of each.
  • Upcoming appointments With the date, time and service, so they're in your calendar from day one.

Your clients

Your clients get nothing from us.

During the move

We import your data with notifications switched off, so your clients get no messages while we move you. You decide when and how to tell them they now book through your link.

Until we're done, you work as usual. We don't touch your account in the app you use now.

How much does the move cost?

Nothing. The move is free, wherever you're coming from.

How long does it take?

Usually 1–2 business days from when we get your data.

Will my clients get any messages during the move?

No. We import your data with notifications switched off, so we don't send them anything. You decide when to tell them you've moved.

What do I need to send you?

Whatever you have: the export or list from the app you use now, a spreadsheet, or photos of your paper diary.

Do I have to copy my clients across myself?

No. We do the move, from what you send us. All you do is check at the end that everything is where it should be.

Can I keep using my old app until you're done?

Yes. We don't touch your account there, so you work as usual until everything is in Nuvio.
