    They pay online, and you see the participants, the seats taken and the money collected in the app.

  • One day or severalA course can run over several days, and you add new editions whenever you like.
  • Price optionsFor example “Without kit” and “With kit”, each with an early bird price until the date you choose.
  • Counted seatsYou choose how many seats an edition has. No more are sold than you have.
  • Move or cancel an editionWhen you move it, each participant chooses to keep the seat or get the money back. When you cancel it, everyone gets their money back.

    At your location or another address. The course page shows the address and the way there.

  • Online, live

    Add your Zoom or Google Meet link. Only the people who took a seat see it.

  • Online, on your platform

    Add a link or unique access codes made on your platform. Each buyer gets their own code.

  • Access right awayThe link or the code shows right after signing up, under “My courses”, on nuvio.ro and in the Nuvio app.
  • Your instructionsWrite in a few words where the code is used or when the link comes. They show next to the access.
  • Codes in viewSee how many codes you have left. If they run out, the buyer gets a code when you add more.

Money

The money comes with the sign-up.

With Payments through Nuvio, people pay for their seat by card when they sign up.

  • Full price or a depositYou choose for each course. With a deposit, the rest is paid to you at the course.
  • Cancellation, by your ruleYou choose how many days before the course people can cancel for free. The rule is on the course page and accepted at purchase.
  • Refunds without the hassleIf someone cancels in time, the money goes back automatically. If you cancel, everyone gets everything back.
  • Invoices make themselvesNuvio issues the invoice in your name and sends it to e-Factura. On a refund, the cancelling invoice goes out automatically too.
  • Company invoiceSomeone buying for a company types its CUI, and the company name and address come from ANAF.

1 RON per seat paid through Nuvio, VAT included. For that, Nuvio takes care of the invoices, e-Factura, the cancelling invoices and refunds. Stripe keeps the card commission, directly from the payment.

Academies

With Business mode, the course belongs to the business and shows on the location's page and on each trainer's page.

Who for

Courses for clients and for professionals.

You choose who each course is for. In the catalogue, people find them separately.

  • For everyoneFor example self make-up or care at home.
  • For professionalsBeginner, advanced or masterclass.
  • Waiting listWhen an edition is full, people join the list. If a seat frees up, the first person on the list has 12 hours to take it.
  • “My courses”Buyers see the days, the place, what is left to pay and the access to online courses.

Questions about courses.

How much does it cost to sell courses on Nuvio?

Courses are included in the subscription, on Standard and on Premium. For each seat paid through Nuvio you pay 1 RON, VAT included. For that, Nuvio takes care of the invoices, e-Factura, the cancelling invoices and refunds. Stripe keeps the card commission, directly from the payment. A seat reserved without payment costs nothing.

What kind of courses can I sell?

In-person courses, live online courses with your Zoom or Google Meet link, and courses on your own platform, with a link or unique access codes. A course can run for one day or several.

How do people who buy an online course get access?

The link or the code shows right after signing up, under “My courses”, on nuvio.ro and in the Nuvio app, together with your instructions. If you run out of codes, the buyer gets a code when you add more. Until then, they can cancel and get their money back.

What happens if someone cancels?

Until the deadline you choose, cancelling is free and the money goes back automatically. After the deadline, the money stays with you. For courses on your platform, once the buyer has the access, the money is no longer refunded. If you cancel the edition, everyone gets their money back.

Can I issue a company invoice?

Yes. At purchase, whoever wants a company invoice types the company's CUI. The name and address come from ANAF, and the invoice goes to e-Factura in the company's name.

Do I need Payments through Nuvio?

To be paid online, yes. Without it, people reserve their seat without paying, and you collect at the course. Courses on your platform are sold only with online payment.
