Your account, data and privacy

Signing in, the password, the e-mail, the language, a new phone, deleting the account and who sees client data.

My account

Your plan, sign-in details and account deletion, on one screen.

Settings (Setări)My account (Contul meu)

Subscription (Abonament)
Your plan, how you pay for it and until when it is valid.
Sign-in details (Date de autentificare)
The e-mail and password you sign in with.
Delete account (Șterge contul)
Deletes the account and all its data for good.

On pro.nuvio.ro, under Account (Cont), you also see the plan, payments and invoices.

Sign in

Sign in with e-mail and password, with Google or with Apple, on your phone and at app.nuvio.ro.

Sign in (Intră în cont)

  1. Open the app and tap Sign in (Intră în cont).
  2. Type your e-mail and password, or tap Continue with Google (Continuă cu Google) or Continue with Apple (Continuă cu Apple).

You forgot your password

  1. On the sign-in screen, tap the forgotten password link.
  2. Type the account's e-mail and open the link you get by e-mail.
  3. Choose a new password.

Change the password or the e-mail

  1. Open My account (Contul meu).
  2. Tap Change the password (Schimbă parola) or Change email (Schimbă emailul) and save.

You can't sign in with Apple at app.nuvio.ro; if you made your account with Apple, sign in from the phone app.

On pro.nuvio.ro you sign in with the account's e-mail and a code sent by e-mail.

The app's language

The app works in Romanian and in English.

Settings (Setări)Appearance (Aspect)

  1. Open Settings (Setări) and tap Appearance (Aspect).
  2. Under Language (Limbă), choose Romanian (Română) or English (Engleză).

Move to a new phone

Install Nuvio Pro on the new phone and sign in with the same account; your data is in the account, not on the phone.

  1. Install Nuvio Pro from the App Store or Google Play.
  2. Sign in with the same e-mail, Google or Apple as on the old phone.
  3. Allow notifications, so you hear about new bookings.

If you have an App Store plan, it goes with your Apple ID, on any iPhone.

Delete your account

Delete the account and all its data for good.

  1. Open My account (Contul meu) and tap Delete account (Șterge contul).
  2. Confirm with Yes, delete the account (Da, șterge contul).

If you have a business, transfer or archive it before you delete your account.

You stop an App Store plan separately, from the iPhone Settings.

You can also ask for the account to be deleted from nuvio.ro, on the account deletion page.

Who sees client data

Your clients are yours; in a business, the role decides who sees them.

Independent specialist
Only you see your clients and their bookings.
Business
The owner, managers and front desk see the business's clients; employees see phone numbers only if you allow it.
Private bookings
For a chair-rent specialist, the team may see only the busy time.

The name in the client's own account is theirs; the name you write on the card doesn't replace it.

Messages from Nuvio

Choose whether you get tips and offers from Nuvio, by e-mail, on WhatsApp or as a notification.

  1. Sign in on pro.nuvio.ro and open Account (Cont).
  2. Under Tips and offers from Nuvio (Sfaturi și oferte de la Nuvio), turn By e-mail (Pe e-mail), On WhatsApp (Pe WhatsApp) and As a notification (Ca notificare) on or off.

You can unsubscribe any time, from the link in the e-mail or by writing STOP on WhatsApp.

Messages about your account, like invoices, come anyway.

The terms of use and the privacy policy are on nuvio.ro and in the app.

  1. Open Settings (Setări), under Account and help (Cont și ajutor).
  2. Tap Terms of Use (Termeni și condiții) or Privacy policy (Politica de confidențialitate).
