How clients book
The client's steps on your page and what they get after booking.
The client's steps
The client opens your link or the Nuvio app and only needs a name and a phone number.
- The client opens your link, nuvio.ro/your-name, or finds you in the Nuvio app.
- They pick the service.
- They pick a free day and time.
- They type their name and phone and get a confirmation code.
- They confirm the booking.
You get a notification, and the appointment shows in your calendar, or as a request if you confirm bookings yourself.
What the client gets
A booking confirmation, then a reminder before the visit.
- The confirmation
- Right after booking, with the day, the time and the address.
- The reminder
- Before the visit. See Reminders.
- The booking link
- A page where they see the booking and can cancel it.
The client confirms they are coming
From the reminder message, the client can confirm they are coming.
In the appointment you see Coming (Vine) or No answer (Nu a răspuns). See Reminders.
The client cancels
The client cancels in the app or from the booking link, and you get a notification.
Up to the limit you chose, cancelling is free. See free cancellation.
The time becomes free again on your page.
The waiting list
When a day is full, a client with the Nuvio app can join the waiting list.
If someone cancels, clients on the list are told at once. The first to book gets the time.
The list works in the Nuvio app for clients. See The app for clients.
The booking page
Every appointment has its own page for the client.
- Payment
- The deposit or the full price, if you use Payments through Nuvio.
- Invoice
- The client downloads the invoice when the payment went through Nuvio.
- Review
- After the visit, the client can leave you a review from here.
- The client's calendar
- The client adds the appointment to their phone calendar.
